North American Rock Garden Society - NARGS  - For gardening enthusiasts interested in alpine, saxatile, and low-growing perennials. Encourages the study and cultivation of wildflowers that grow well among rocks, whether such plants originate above treeline or at lower elevations.

Ontario Rock Garden Society  - Promotes the study of alpine plants, related garden plants and rock gardens.

Scottish Rock Garden Club  - Promotes the cultivation of alpine and rock garden plants. With over 4500 members in 38 countries, the SRGC is the largest horticultural society in Scotland.

Vancouver Island Rock and Alpine Garden Society  - VIRAGS is a club of plant lovers living near Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, who visit, study, photograph, draw and grow alpine plants, bog dwellers and woodlanders, whether native or exotic. We encourage the propagation and distribution of plants.
